Achievement Unlocked: MegaStone Ring - Part 21

I head straight for the gym. I want that MegaStone Ring.

It will hopefully help keep some of my Pokémon alive...

A little longer...

 maybe...

And I know exactly who my first Mega-Evolution is going to be. Do you know? Some of you may have an idea, but I'll keep it a secret for now.

I head into Shalour City Gym and it is an enormous roller skating rink.

I actually feel like this place is trying to be futuristic, when to me all I hear is disco music and I'm wondering where the disco balls are... actually... it reminds me of another game when I put it that way... Milla's Dance Party for the Levitation Training Badge in probably THE funniest game ever made...

But I digress.

To get to Korrina I have to beat all of her figure skating lackies. And with Urologist and Ham n Cheese in my party and juiced up on hours and hours of training, I know they will tear them apart.

Sadly, however, something happens... to Ham n Cheese.

HE NEVER EVEN HAS A CHANCE TO BE USED.

Urologist takes down EVERY TRAINER BY HIMSELF.

Can we have a rocking round of applause, for our little fetus Pokémon?

Heh... "Rock"ing...

I run back to heal, because even though Urologist takes down the trainers in one go, it still took some damage. I heal up and head straight to Korinna.

You all know what that means...

I was going to record every moment of this battle, but to be honest, you all would be just bored so here is the skinny.

Urologist used one Psyshock on each of her three Pokémon.

That's all it took.

Easiest gym battle yet!

And the Rumble Badge is mine!

Three badges down only five more to go.

Knock on wood.

So now it's time to get my hands on that MegaStone Ring please!

Wait what? Korrina please speak up, because I can't hear you. I have to battle you again to get it?! This is techincally my second time beating you. And you still think I'm not ready for it?  So I have to beat you A THIRD TIME?

So I have to head back to Mastery Tower, where Eyebrows McGee is waiting to fight Korrina... again.

I head up to the tippy top of the tower and she is waiting for me with her two Lucario (which funny enough, she didn't use in the gym).

The one that keeps stalking me runs to my side and wants to battle on my team.

She gives me a MegaStone Ring!

Wait...

Looks more like a bracelet to me...

And I get to use Lucario and its MegaEvolution.

I fight her Mega Lucario on Mega Lucario and win.

She gives me the MegaStone Ring and then Lucario asks to be my partner.

What a turncoat!

But I won't refuse, I need all the help I can get. So Lucario is the first Pokémon I have encountered in Shalour City, which means!

I got a Lucario! With Lucarionite (which allows me to MegaEvolve it).

I name Lucario -- Master Chi and I feel like I've warn out my good luck and call it a day.
