The Pokéball Factory was just attacked by Team Flare.
All of the world holds their collective breath. Except me. I know this. I stopped it.
More news to comes as the story develops.
This is what interrupts my play session this time. A Holo-Clip of a news report that barely extends to ten seconds. What a massive waste of time.
With that out of the way, let's hope that the Team Flare member that is blocking Route 15, has scampered away with the rest of the Team Flare goons.
He has!
Which means...
Time for a new Pokémon!
I run into the grass, I'm super excited. It feels like ages since the last one I caught. As long as it isn't another Grass of Psychic type I will be happy.
And it is....
Why do you hate me Nuzlocke gods?
Do you like to mock me?
Does it amuse you?!
Why can't I have something different for a change?!
I DON'T WANT THIS LIFE!
So it's a Foongus. A Grass/Poison-type. However... this one I know a little bit about and how good of a wall it can be. That can be helpful.
All my friends are busy, but I have a perfect name for it.
Shiitake!
Um... well now.
Apparently the game is not letting me use this name. I'm guess it is thinking that it is a naughty word.
So if I can't name it Shiitake... I guess it will have to be...
Nameless.
So I switch out Schrodinger for Nameless and I decide that it is time to start training the little fungus.
Back to Route 15, where people are hiding in leaves. They pop out and act all cool. Well let me tell you something. It isn't cool. Especially when you're covered in ticks.
Are there even regular animals in the Pokéverse? I mean in some Pokédex entries they mention real animals and places... but I've never seen one. Maybe all they have to do is worry about Jotiks?
Which by the way are adorable. Even for a tick.
So I train with some of these possibly-tick-infested trainers, and run across probably the single creepiest looking trainer I have seen....
The Fairy Tale Girl...
Why did Game Freak have to make this game so freaky? I don't like it.
I beat her quick and run away. Only to run into another.
Oh great... another Holo-Clip. I wonder who it is?
It's the now red-headed Scottish poet and lyricist Robbie Burns Day!
And he is just gunna speak about MegaEvolution for a while and wonder if humans can have the same latent energy to MegaEvolve inside of them. Or something like that. I wasn't really paying attention. I was just swirling my 3DS around and watching him move on screen.
But I do come across Lost Hotel!
I fight with a trainer before running into any Pokémon and they send out a Sharpedo.
I send out Nameless to fight it, but...
Sharpedo tears through my little mushroom in one hit...
I don't remember much about this place, but I think it has Electric and Ghost types. Both which I have none of... especially since Neggs...
I run down and battle a few trainers and nothing is coming across my path. I've actually been down here a while and then...
OH
MY
GOD

I catch it.
